Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our Disability Policy team. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic policy advice to enable disabled people to live good lives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across our organisation and externally to deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policy initiatives that promote the well-being and inclusion of disabled people
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and deliver effective advice
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational strategy and vision for disability policy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing policy initiatives
