Job Description
We are looking for an experienced infrastructure professional to lead the Government's policy on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). The role includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the New Zealand infrastructure landscape, leading the development and implementation of the Government's suite of policies relating to PPPs, and providing high-quality analysis and advice on significant infrastructure investments to Ministers and other stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors, with direct experience in Public-Private Partnerships highly advantageous.
- A high level of numeracy and understanding of corporate finance theory and practice.
- Experience in the preparation of major business cases and strategic plans.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience providing written advice to decision-makers preferred.
