Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the team in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality. This includes implementing improvements through system enhancements and ad-hoc projects, conducting random audits of benefits provided, managing outsourced vendors, and reviewing relevant reports submitted for reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Implement improvements through system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.
- Conduct random audits of benefits provided and address abnormalities through technology or data analytics.
- Manage outsourced vendors, including employee benefits insurers, insurance brokers, staff wellbeing and wellness service providers, and corporate attractions system developers.
- Review relevant reports submitted for reporting purposes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resource/Business Management and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations. You should be able to take initiatives, work independently, and as part of a team player. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, be meticulous, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
