Job Summary

The role of a Support Team Lead involves assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, while leading and motivating a team.

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to ensure individuals receive optimal care and support.
  • Lead a team to provide household duties, including meal preparation, daily care routines, and personal cares.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and inclusive living environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
