About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Gardener/Landscaper to join our team as a Lead. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting. You will also service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area.
You will enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas. You will work closely with and support your team and colleagues.
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will need:
- Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
- Ability to lead a motivated and productive team
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner
