Job Description: As a Team Leader in our Disability Support Services, you will lead a team in supporting individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible. This involves providing activities at home and in the community that are meaningful and purposeful, as well as implementing personal support plans consistently.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need relevant caregiving experience, including personal cares. Leadership experience or a genuine desire to develop your leadership skills is also essential. Additionally, you must possess empathy, respect, and cultural awareness, with the ability to transport passengers confidently and safely in our disability vans.
