In this role, you will manage and support the team to help Council achieve its goals of fostering positive development within our district while ensuring compliance with the Building Act.
As Team Leader, you will work closely with our processing and compliance teams, as well as other stakeholders, to promote a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Join a highly regarded Building Consent Authority, re-confirmed by IANZ March 2024, and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in building inspections.

Your role will focus on:
Ensuring building inspections are undertaken accurately and efficiently within timeframes.Providing customer-friendly responses to inquiries and offering technical advice to both council staff and the public.Leading your team to meet and exceed operational targets while maintaining high standards of service.To succeed in this position, you will also need:
