We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Solutions Director to join our team and lead a world-class team of Account Managers, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and optimizing campaigns for top performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure seamless customer service delivery through effective leadership and collaboration with Account Managers.
- Business Growth: Work closely with Brands, Agencies, and Holding Companies to plan and scale business growth while achieving high performance targets.
- Revenue Management: Track, monitor, and evaluate quarterly revenue targets for each Account Manager, focusing on account retention and growth.
- Client Support: Own client support structures and portfolio product needs, translating client requirements into product strategy.
- Team Development: Prioritize direct report development by creating and implementing individualized growth plans focused on skill enhancement, career progression, and personal development.
