Job Description
This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in programmatic media buying and client service. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced media buyers, ensuring they understand the company's objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them. This role requires a proactive approach in planning and scaling business to achieve high growth plans and optimal performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of media buyers, ensuring they understand the company's objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them.
- Take a proactive approach in working with Brands, Agencies, and Holding Companies in planning and scaling business to achieve high growth plans and optimal performance.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate quarterly revenue targets given to each team member, with account retention and growth being the main objectives.
- Coach team members to make strategic plans to achieve objectives and capitalize on opportunities within their portfolios while providing proactive help with the team's largest and high-potential accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge.
- Real-time bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers across both brands and agencies.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team.
- Willingness to lead from the front, with a proven ability to inspire and energize teams.
- Established track record of overcoming challenges, driving solutions, and making data-driven decisions.
