About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employment Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at FNZ (UK) Ltd. As an integral part of our human resources function, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across various regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions. You will also manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements.
  • Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address skill gaps within the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analyzing metrics to improve hiring processes.
