At Employment Hero, our mission is to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. As an HR Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding small and medium-sized businesses through the setup and adoption of our HR platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and provide guidance on implementing Employment Hero's HR system.
  • Design and deliver workshop content on HR best practices to multiple clients.
  • Be an influencer, presenter, trainer, and problem solver for all things HR, motivating customers to adopt features and meet project deadlines.
  • Support payroll customers in their dual Employment Hero Implementations.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via Zendesk and guide them through implementation roadblocks.
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' and use your HR knowledge to test new features and influence product development.
  • Project manage multiple client projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Document content to support system implementation.
  • Handle customer escalations and objections where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • HR qualified and/or 3-5 years experience in HR and Recruitment; Payroll experience is highly regarded.
  • Hands-on experience in HR system implementations is beneficial.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume, project management, SaaS environment is ideal.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles including online training, customer success, account management, or technical support is highly regarded.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, influencing customer behavior and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
