The Role

As a Retail Manager at Briscoe Group Limited, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure smooth daily operations, implement loss prevention initiatives, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading staff within a retail environment, with a track record of delivering results and driving performance
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and function effectively as a team player
