This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring outstanding relationships with both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, you will provide top-notch customer service and manage inventory efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and at the counter.
  2. Pick and pack parts for customers and the Workshop team.
  3. Ensure accurate handling of documentation, including invoicing and payments.
  4. Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  5. Collaborate with the Workshop to ensure parts availability and compliance with procedures.
  6. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
  7. Handle loading, unloading, and proper binning of parts.
  8. Verify goods against orders and documents for accuracy upon receipt.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or retail role within the automotive industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
An Automotive Parts and Accessories qualification is a plus but not essential – as our client offers the chance to join their internal parts apprenticeship program.
