The Service Delivery Coordinator, whilst having no direct reports, will play a key role supporting the Manager to coordinate the resources on site. They are the day-to-day linkage between the Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, RD Contractors and Box Lobby staff, ensuring that the resourcing for the day is where it needs to be. We are a small but mighty team, who pitch in and help each other when needed.

You will need to be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing, positive team culture.

Shift Available
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm; Tuesday and Wednesday 10.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 6am - 10.30am

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Show adequate communication and effective time management
  • Be self-managing able to work in a team and individually
  • Manage administrative duties with minimal assistance
  • Demonstrate confident computer skills
  • Show a solid understanding of logistics management
  • Demonstrate awareness in safety systems and compliance in an operational environment
  • Have an awareness of logistics or freight forwarding
