About the Role

The Critical Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating incident reports, dashboards, and improvement strategies to ensure continuous improvement of Incident Management policies, procedures, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating incident reports, dashboards, and improvement strategies.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of Incident Management policies, procedures, and efficiency.
  • Supporting Disaster Recovery activities and Emergency Service Agency operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have an Engineering Degree or Technicians Certificate in Telecommunications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification in ITIL (minimum ITIL V3 Foundations; & ITIL 4).
  • Minimum of 5 Years of cross-domain technical experience in Land Mobile (P25/DMR) or Cellular Telecommunications (Radio, Access, and Core Domain).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ITIL Framework and experience with Emergency Event management.
  • Able to work 24/7 shift roster, including up to 12-hour shifts.
