This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Executive and Leadership teams to facilitate seamless operations.
The duties of this role include:
- Reception: Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, both in-person and over the phone.
- Managing the reception area and flagship meeting rooms to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Overseeing the security card system for employees and contractors.
- Managing office supplies, including stationery and canteen items.
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
