We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Leader to join our team in the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the APJ channel strategy and driving growth plans to support the hyper-growth of the channel business.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and drive the APJ channel strategy and playbook development.
  • Introduce, develop, and execute APJ channel strategy growth plans to support the hyper-growth of the channel business.
  • Lead, mentor, and drive channel professionals in the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Regional Sales Leaders to develop and drive the channel strategy and playbook development.
  2. Develop and execute APJ channel strategy growth plans to support the hyper-growth of the channel business.
  3. Establish partner ecosystem expansion, growth, and sales strategies for prioritized segments and services.
  4. Collaborate with strategic partner alliances in the region to drive engagement and growth.
  5. Provide linkage to and collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to support channel programs & operations.
  6. Utilize and provide competitive and market insights to shape the direction of the APJ channel to optimize revenue growth.
  7. Drive partner transformation and engagement process.
  8. Working with sales operations, refine a meaningful and actionable metrics dashboard to measure results and drive adjustments as necessary.
  9. Act as a key interface with Global Partner Finance, Operations, and Programs to leverage corporate resources and best practices for the APJ region.
  10. Provide regional support for key partner constituents where local engagement is needed to promote the health of the channel.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales and sales management.
  • Knowledge of channel industry practices, competitive products, and research data.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment.
  • Collaborative, broad cultural awareness with the ability to work across all geographies.
  • Results-driven, team player.
