Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Support Operations Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As the first point of contact for both our support workers and clients, you will be responsible for managing high call volumes, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all communications are documented.
Responsibilities
• Manage all clients in your allocated business units/regional area
• Ensure that the most well-trained and suitable Support Worker is placed with the client
• Deliver a high level of proactive responsiveness to clients and support workers
• Ensure all relationships are developed and proactively managed with communication being provided every step of the way
• Manage all facets of client services
• Ensure that all Support Workers are signed off as clinically competent including scheduling of sign off
• Manage all Support Worker planned leave according to Geneva's policies and provide timely communication and continued care
Requirements
• Proven experience in a call centre environment role
• Experience within a health administration or coordinator role is preferred
• Scheduling/rostering experience advantageous
• A genuine interest in helping others
• Well-developed ability to multitask
• Resilience to push through challenges
