- Audit and Compliance: Lead the team to conduct random audits of benefits provided and address abnormalities through technology or data analytics.
- Vendor Management: Manage outsourced benefits vendors, such as Employee Benefits insurers and Insurance brokers, staff wellbeing and wellness service providers, and corporate attractions system developers.
- HR Data Management: Oversee and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Human Resource/Business Management.
- Experience: At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations.
