Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to review and improve benefits-related policies, guidelines, and processes. This includes implementing changes through system enhancements, conducting random audits, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the team to review and improve benefits-related policies, guidelines, and processes.
  2. Implement changes through system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.
  3. Conduct random audits of benefits provided and address abnormalities through technology or data analytics.
  4. Manage outsourced vendors, including employee benefits insurers, insurance brokers, staff wellbeing and wellness service providers, and corporate attractions system developers.
  5. Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resource/Business Management and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations. You should be able to take initiatives, work independently, and as part of a team player. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, be meticulous, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
