Sales Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Sales Team as a Group Sales Manager. This role will be based in Wellington and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across multiple villages, working closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Sales Teams to deliver outstanding sales results
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales management and performance delivery
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-focused and outcome-driven approach
- Able to travel regularly within the greater Wellington region
