About the Role
  • You will be expected to lead and manage a team of territory managers and merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and communicating these findings to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) and a proven track record/sales experience with key international or local retailers.
