Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Lumino Chartwell in Hamilton. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within the medical industry, and excellent customer service and communication skills. They will also be proficient in using computer software applications and have experience with file keeping and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with their enquiries and generate and confirm appointment bookings for our clinicians
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
- Develop strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
