The geothermal process involves harnessing underground steam and hot water reservoirs to drive turbines and produce electricity. This method reduces carbon emissions and ensures a stable energy supply, unaffected by weather conditions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring plant equipment, adjusting controls to optimize performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will be well-versed in the latest geothermal technologies and adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill multiple positions across our team, working on both existing and new geothermal power plants. If you have relevant experience and a passion for sustainable energy, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to operate our geothermal power plants safely, efficiently, and within operational guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating local and remote control power stations via DCS systems and responding to alarms/events.
  • Monitoring plant performance, maintaining efficiency, and identifying potential issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry safety rules, codes of practice, and regulations.
  • Carrying out operational routines and inspections, reporting any defective plant or apparatus.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a few years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of geothermal technologies. A background in operations, maintenance, or a related field would be advantageous.
