The Role

We are seeking a skilled process engineer to join our team, providing technical support and guidance to our design and project teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading engineering assessments and investigations to develop solutions and manage issue resolutions on geothermal and hydrogen plant projects.
  • Designing and developing process descriptions, flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Collaborating to design, enhance, and implement control systems for plant operations.
  • Overseeing asset integrity management and initiating improvements to plant management.
  • Mentoring and leading Mechanical Engineers and Graduate Engineers.

About You

We require a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in energy or process industries, holding a Master's Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Energy Systems Engineering. Chartered status (CPEng or IMech E) is preferable. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Deep knowledge and experience with process (gas/steam) and boiler plant operations.
  • A proven track record in asset integrity and plant management.
  • Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including commissioning practices.
  • Strong project leadership skills.
  • Solid commercial acumen to manage work within agreed timelines.
