Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a collaborative team, ensuring the wellbeing of all involved on your sites
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and environmental compliance
  • Lead or contribute to asset risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Operational management and development of site-based budgeting
  • Oversee asset management ensuring units are reliable and available
  • Sponsorship and prioritisation of project works
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including joint venture partners

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Engineering or NZCE Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in plant operations, process control, or maintenance in heavy industry
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Proficient in maintenance systems and business practices, including budget control
