About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Home Manager to lead our team at our Frontline facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee rest home, hospital, and secure dementia levels of care
• Hold clinical governance for the site
• Promote training, education, and support of staff members
• Manage financials and work within allocated budgets
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and Area Manager to achieve quality goals
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with a current APC with the NZ Nursing Council
• Proven clinical leadership experience and skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with staff and stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and engage staff to deliver high-quality care
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes and compliance requirements
