Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Patient Services Manager at Brigham & Women's Hospital. In this role, you will oversee the daily meal rounding operations and manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our patient Call Center.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Patient Dining Program, including service recovery and tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.
  • Perform management functions, including direct supervision of hourly associates and employee development.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential or RD-eligible.
  • Experience with Healthtouch and/or EPIC.
  • Proven supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care.
