We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Australasia Customer Experience Team servicing Australian and New Zealand customers.
About the Job
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for retaining customers by managing and exceeding expectations through delivery of a high-quality service that focuses on our customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and exceed customer expectations through delivery of high-quality service
- Build and develop positive relationships with internal and external colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure delivery of customer excellence while adhering to service level agreements
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years' previous experience in a customer service or senior administrator role. You should be an expert communicator with excellent active listening skills and the ability to show empathy with customers.
