**Job Description**

As the Relationship Manager, you will lead initiatives that foster and strengthen volunteer relationships and ensure all volunteer engagements result in meaningful and rewarding experiences for our volunteers.

You will act as the key link between our national team and volunteers, enhancing communication and providing support through regular communication and site visits.

You will develop and guide our zone leaders in decision-making, promote available resources, and manage any public or member complaints.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a volunteer-centric environment
  • Leadership experience with the ability to positively influence others
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, marketing, and engagement skills
  • Able to foster positive relationships with a diverse range of people

  • Well-organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
