The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that take into account the needs and concerns of professionals and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote engagement with impacted teams and users.
  • Developing and implementing change management plans to achieve organisational design objectives.
  • Coaching and supporting project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in change management in a large-scale, complex setting and strong analytical abilities. They will also bring excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
