The Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Broadview Lifecare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer phone queries, welcome and support visitors, and complete general administration tasks.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively. You will also have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as high-level computer literacy. Experience with invoicing and on-charging processes is desirable.
