Welcome to Abano Healthcare Group, a leading provider of dentistry services in New Zealand. We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, while also handling administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their queries, processing payments and booking appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

This is a permanent and part-time role, working 28 hours per week, with the flexibility to work late on some Wednesdays and Thursdays if required.

If you have previous experience as a dental receptionist, excellent communication skills, and a flexible attitude, we would love to hear from you
