At Te Kaika, we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key member of our Organisational Development unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the core functions of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining up-to-date supplier and subcontractor information. They will also assist with general operations support duties and provide administrative support to the Lead - Finance and Administration.
