Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive sales success across the Otago and Southland regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage key accounts, foster client loyalty, and deliver innovative technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities, prepare tenders, and contribute to strategic growth in a dynamic region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth in the Otago region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share, while building strong relationships with existing clients and targeting new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the lubricants or engineering realm.
  • Proven account management and sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong computer literacy in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
  • Working knowledge of financial parameters, including cost savings and project KPIs.
  • Engineering or mechanical trade background is preferred, with qualifications in industrial engineering or heavy-duty mechanical trades being advantageous.
