The Role:
As a Support Worker for Children, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our children, including helping with their daily needs, educational activities, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with us to ensure that our children receive the best possible care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to Mr. 11, who requires additional assistance with his schooling due to ASD.* Assist with the daily care of Miss 8.5 years and her brother, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.* Help with household tasks such as preparing meals, tidying up, and maintaining a clean living environment.* Engage in activities that promote social skills, emotional intelligence, and cognitive development.* Develop positive relationships with all family members, including our children, parents, and extended family.* Communicate effectively with us about your child's progress, needs, and any concerns you may have.

Requirements:
• A love of working with children and families is essential.* Experience working with children with special needs is desirable but not necessary.* Ability to provide physical support and care to children with varying levels of ability.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
