**Job Description**
This role involves providing critical administrative support to our ACC provider team, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective management of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and efficiency, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage ACC provider administration, including email correspondence, purchase orders, and system queries.
- Support therapists by coordinating onboarding, training, and vetting requirements.
- Organise referrals and waitlists, keeping clients informed and coordinating placements.
- Manage billing and invoicing to ACC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Requirements**
- At least two years of administration experience in a relevant field (health, mental health, or not-for-profit).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using technology and client management systems.
- A commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.
