Are you a passionate Child & Adolescent Psychologist looking for your next opportunity?

This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based assessments, interventions, and therapeutic support to children and adolescents. You'll collaborate closely with whānau and healthcare providers to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents.
  2. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
  3. Work closely with whānau, educators, and healthcare professionals to support client progress.
  4. Offer therapy and counselling to address emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.
  5. Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  6. Contribute to team discussions, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Registered Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board (Clinical or Educational scope preferred).
  2. Proven experience working with and assessing neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their whānau.
  3. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.).
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

If you have an extra specialisation and can speak a second language that will also be an advantage.
