Job Description
As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support with daily activities, personal cares, and domestic chores. You will also assist with community participation, socializing, work or education, and report and manage administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Provide assistance with daily activities, personal cares, and domestic chores.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
