About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for project planning, budget management, risk assessment, quality assurance, and team management. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and adherence to financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  2. Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
  4. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure all project activities meet industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  6. Supervise project teams and allocate resources effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a business degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You should be proficient in essential office software tools and have a proactive, decisive attitude with the energy and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
