About the Role
North Power NZ is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering projects that make a real impact for our customers and the company.
We're looking for someone with strong project administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting project managers with project lifecycle administration
- Coordinating project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing
- Managing purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims
- Handling customer and client requests for information
- Scheduling vehicle servicing and ensuring compliance
- Coordinating tools, equipment, and major plant management
- Tracking customer enquiries and providing timely follow-ups
- Assisting with basic CAD tasks and project documentation

About You
- Previous experience in a similar, self-managing role
- Strong project and financial administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
- Class 1 Full Driver's Licence
- Industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
