Job Description
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Customer Risk Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day workflows, investigating referrals and cases, and maintaining an effective control environment. They will also lead the development of strategies to efficiently manage Financial Crime obligations and protocols, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in risk management and compliance. You should be able to work independently at pace, prioritise effectively, and build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Analytical skills and knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks are also essential.
