We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Customer Risk Team as a Senior Financial Crime Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing customer data, liaising directly with customers to collect outstanding information, and managing exits where required.

The successful candidate will have experience and skills with managing financial crime investigations, proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a diverse range of people, and sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment where we're committed to protecting our customers, organisation, and community against the impacts of financial crime.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting complex investigations and making sound decisions as to the next steps to ensure a seamless banking experience while meeting our regulatory obligations.
  • Managing the more complex customer expectations on resolution and timeframes, being cognisant of the needs of an institutional, corporate, commercial, or business client to that of a retail banking client.
  • Providing SME guidance to colleagues and contributing to wider bank projects which involve or impact FCI.
  • Supporting the Manager/TL to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement by reviewing, validating, and adapting processes to accommodate business and volume changes.
