Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Financial Crime Operations Committee (FCOC), developing high-quality reports, and providing operational risk management support. You will also contribute to the development of effective communication strategies and provide business management support across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate FCOC meetings, prepare meeting packs, and promote continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver insightful operational, risk, and remediation reporting
- Provide operational risk management support, including RMD, Risk Assessments, RIC, Issue, and Incidents
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies
- Provide business management support across key initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of compliance/operational risk frameworks and their application in an operational context
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including AML/CFT & Sanctions, CoFI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level accuracy and ability to interpret information
- Strong time management skills
