The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Customer Risk team as a manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day workflows, ensuring referrals and cases are investigated and processed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day workflows, using resources effectively to ensure referrals and cases are investigated and processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Manage compliance and operational risk, maintaining an effective control environment and supporting the execution of the bank's strategy, policy, and risk appetite.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring customer centricity is at the forefront of all planning and process activity.
  • Champion various disciplines to lead, develop, promote, and implement strategies in relation to the efficient and cost-effective management of Financial Crime obligations and protocols.
  • Deliver strategic change outcomes into your team to support the bank's overall strategic agenda.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve performance, and enhance overall service delivery, ensuring customer centricity is at the forefront of all planning and process activity.
