Customer Service Team Lead

Job Description:
The CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD role is ideal for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a background in administration or training. You'll be responsible for leading and implementing our training program, ensuring all team members are equipped to provide outstanding service.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering induction training programs for new team members, focusing on effective communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement.
- Developing and delivering ongoing training sessions to maintain and enhance the skills of our Customer Care Team.
- Evaluating training programs and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive continuous growth and excellence.
- Leading quality assurance initiatives to monitor team performance and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
You'll also provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and address any gaps identified through QA assessments. Additionally, you'll support the leadership team in creating and maintaining timetables within our internal systems.
