The Position
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our licensed team in New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to join our pioneering team and contribute to the growth of Suntory Oceania.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of high-performing territory managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing programmes to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Ensure consistent execution of all metrics, including call compliance and coverage, distribution, display execution, and NPD launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing field sales team within the licensed or FMCG environments.
- A deep understanding of customers' needs and the wider market to ensure we remain competitive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
