Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our NSW/ACT team as a Territory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building excellent customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales and Territory Plans: Identify specific commercial opportunities within a defined territory and develop yearly sales and territory plans to pursue them regularly
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, follow through on commitments, and impart product knowledge
  3. Manage Administration: Manage administration effectively, including CRM system management and expense tracking
  4. Provide Regular Updates: Conduct regular territory reviews and provide monthly activity/sales reports
  5. Participate in Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events and collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices or a clinical environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products
  • Strong commitment to selling the Company's products and achieving company objectives
