Territory Expansion Manager

Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our NSW/ACT team as a Territory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building excellent customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales and Territory Plans: Identify specific commercial opportunities within a defined territory and develop yearly sales and territory plans to pursue them regularly
- Build Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, follow through on commitments, and impart product knowledge
- Manage Administration: Manage administration effectively, including CRM system management and expense tracking
- Provide Regular Updates: Conduct regular territory reviews and provide monthly activity/sales reports
- Participate in Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events and collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices or a clinical environment
- Ability to understand and communicate technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products
- Strong commitment to selling the Company's products and achieving company objectives
