Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Development Specialist to join our team in Wellington/Kapiti/Hutt Valley and surrounding areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with outlets, executing all sales cycle objectives, and implementing banner-level account plans to achieve growth in both value and volume share.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong connections with outlets through regular meetings, reviews, and negotiations.
- Implement banner-level account plans to achieve growth in both value and volume share.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and delivering customer-focused service.
- Manage EOE and PICOS in all accounts, execute activations, meet NPD speed-to-market targets, and handle promotional activities.
- Acquire new customers, renew existing outlet agreements, and ensure the successful delivery of volume, value, and GDM targets.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Business (desired)
- Previous selling experience (1-2 years)
- Proven success as a sales professional in FMCG industry
- Ability as a coach/mentor
