Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Director to join our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing industries, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of 50-80 clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to facilitate client growth and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising, Marketing, Platform, and Product departments.
  • Oversee platform and advertising performance, ensuring optimal results for clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and enhanced client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture long-lasting supplier relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between ArchiPro and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with ArchiPro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
